We guide all of our customers through a proven remodeling process that consists of five phases:

1. Planning

It all starts with a free consultation where we get a clear idea of what you’re looking for and gather all the necessary information for the project. From there, we’ll draft up your bathroom designs (in 2D or 3D depending on your preferences) and provide a detailed estimate and proposal.

2. Pre-Construction

Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll get to work on obtaining the necessary permits for your bathroom remodel. We’ll also handle ordering materials and provide you with a clear timeline for when your project will be finished.

3. Construction


This is where your dream bathroom will start to come to life. From demolition to installation, we’ll build your new space with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. During construction, you can expect our team to show up on time, treat you with respect, and clean up each day after the work is finished.

4. Quality Control


Before handing over your new and improved bathroom, we ensure that every inch is built to perfection. This includes carefully reviewing all final touchups and doing a final walk-through and inspection with you.

5. Handover & Support

Now it’s time to start enjoying your new bathroom! But don’t expect us to just finish our work and say goodbye. All of our projects are backed by a 1-year warranty, and we follow up regularly to make sure you are fully satisfied with your new space.

But no need to stress! We’ll let you know what permits will be needed during the consultation and design phase and then handle all the paperwork to secure them.
